Healthy Variety in Your Diet
HEALTHY VARIETY IN YOUR DIET:
Vegetarians are people who have decided to NOT eat meat products.
Vegans are those who don’t use anything that ever had eyeballs!
Well, the idea is admirable, but it is not a ticket to better health for everybody.
If you don’t feel good…it could be the food!
Let’s face it: we’re the ones making the decisions when, what and how much to eat.
Don’t replace meat with extra cheese and other dairy products in order to make-up for protein loss!
Dairy products are very difficult to digest for most people and they are mucus forming. Too much mucus becomes a breeding ground for bad bacteria and yeast in the intestines and consequently a weakened immune-system.
And, regarding legumes: NOT everyone does well on those either.
Most important is that you bring color, variety and fun to your diet… not fanaticism!
Chew your food well; and perhaps add some enzymes
