Grass-Fed Dairy Products and Natural Probiotics.
There are a lot of different probiotics, called “strains”, in our intestines, and at a relatively high volume. Yoghurt and buttermilk do have these bacteria in them but both the amount, as well as the different types of probiotic strains are very low.
So, yes, it has benefits to consume them, but do it more because you like them, NOT because of their (limited amounts) of benefits. For some people the excessive mucous-forming effects are worse than the benefits of the probiotics.
