Dr. Eric Love - A Living Master of Bach Flower Therapies
By Jacobus Hollewijn
Health Pearl # 54
I learned about Bach Flowers in 1995 from Dr. Eric Love. He used to live in my neck-of-the-woods.
He is spoken of by many as one of the greatest living masters of the Bach Flower Remedies. Dr. Love has the oldest ongoing classes in the Bach Remedies in the world, close to fifty years, and has worked with over 100,000 people. His website is drericlove.com.
I attended one of his weekend classes and became intrigued with his explanations and many stories of success. And I have to tell you that he has many funny and amazing stories. He is actually still practicing and enjoying it.
Here are three more Bach Flower remedies for feelings of DEPRESSION:
HORNBEAM: is indicated for individuals who feel mentally or physically drained, struggling with the daily demands of life despite often managing to complete their tasks. It addresses weariness, boredom, and a sense of being overwhelmed, especially when these feelings lead to procrastination and self-doubt.
LARCH: is designed for individuals who struggle with self-doubt and a lack of confidence, often feeling inferior to others and anticipating failure. Bach Flower Larch encourages self-assurance and motivation, addressing feelings of discouragement, and helping individuals to overcome their perceived limitations and embrace their potential for success.
MUSTARD: (not Grey Poupon of course) is designed to address periods of deep gloom and depression that seem to arise without any clear cause. This remedy is used when someone experiences unwarranted sadness or depression. It can also be beneficial for pets showing similar symptoms of unexplained gloom.
There are three more remedies for depression. I hope you’ll try “any” or a “combination” if these apply to you.
