Health Pearl # 55
In this Daily Health Pearl Minute, let’s do a quick recap of these Bach Flower remedies for issues of depression, anxiety, and mental health:
Perhaps look back at the previous numbers 51 - 54, if you missed those.
I introduced you to Dr. Edward Bach, who created these 38 remedies in 1930.
Then we went into just the ones who work on depression: ASPEN, CHERRY PLUM, ELM, GENTAIN, HORNBEAM, LARCH, and MUSTARD.
Now, let’s wrap this up with the last three remedies:
OLIVE: is indicated for individuals who feel profoundly exhausted, both mentally and physically, to the point where daily life becomes a burdensome struggle without joy. This remedy is for people experiencing extreme fatigue and lack of vitality.
PINE: is indicated for individuals who constantly blame themselves, even in the face of success… They struggle with dissatisfaction in their decisions. It addresses deep-seated feelings of guilt, self-reproach, and a lack of self-respect. If you have unwarranted guilt and shame, which diminish the ability to enjoy life, this remedy is for you.
WHITE CHESTNUT: For those who cannot prevent unwanted thoughts, ideas, or arguments from entering their minds. It usually happens when the interest of the moment is not strong enough to keep the mind full. Thoughts that worry and still remain, even when you have forgotten them, will return. They seem to circle round and round and cause mental torture. The presence of such unpleasant thoughts drives out peace and interferes with being able to think only of the work or pleasure of the day.
So, here you have it, ten remedies.
Bach Flowers are gentle, safe, and successful, even for pets and larger animals. May they be of help to you, too!
