Your Daily Health Pearl Minute # 29

Just as winter usually reveals the problems and weaknesses of our cars, it also shows the vulnerabilities of our health.
Exposure to bacteria and viruses is even greater, because windows will be kept closed in offices and school buildings. Colds, flu, fever, asthma, and bronchitis start to pick fights with us and…Oh Boy!…it could turn ugly.
During the next few days I will get more specific about supplements and dietary recommendations.
Meanwhile keep in mind some of the following suggestions:
- Eliminating or decreasing the intake of dairy products will reduce mucus-build up, which can help prevent sinus infections, sore throats, and overall cold symptoms. This also goes for consuming sugars.
- Propolis, which is produced by bees, is one of the best immune supporters available.
- Elderberry Extract appears to be a well-researched and great flu-fighter.
- Herbs such as Olive Leaf extract and Oil of Oregano, essential oils such as Tea Tree Oil and Ravensara, and a high-quality of liquid Silver products have been shown to have Anti-Viral, Anti-Bacterial, and Anti-Fungal Properties.
Do yourself and your family a favor: have these in the house to help prevent winter health challenges, or use them in case your body gets under attack.
