Antioxidants Are Essential

Antioxidants are very important because they help the body get rid of free radicals…which are the bad guys causing damage to our cells.
Right now our body makes us do everything we need to do to live, 24 hours a day. At the same time, it’s upholding our immune system, fighting infections from bacteria, viruses, fungus or candida, and protecting us from degeneration.
So it’s working twice as hard possibly causing premature aging. A little help therefore is very welcome and needed.
Antioxidants are “good guys” and, as scavengers, they go after these free radicals, absorb and/or neutralize them and clean them out of our body system, thereby relieving and rejuvenating our bodies.
Antioxidants are all around us. But do we get enough of them?
They are found in vitamins A, C, E, magnesium, selenium, zinc, açaí, noni, coenzyme Q10, lipoid acids, super oxide dismutase, and in all carotenoids. Then there are blueberries, black raspberries, tomatoes, curcuminoids, and so much more.
It’s not important you try them all. With a little research you’ll discover their individual properties, which you can then insert into your specific condition. Perhaps adjust the suggested daily dose to your own needs.
