Fibromyalgia: A Different Approach
By Jacobus Hollewijn

Many of you have heard of the term Fibromyalgia. But what is it? Fibromyalgia is an inflammatory disorder and considered part of the Arthritis group.
Most sufferers are between 25 and 50 years old. Symptoms include migraines, chronic fatigue, irritable bowel, major depression, and panic disorders.
Then there is the so-called “tender point-count”- 18 points in the body of which at least 11 are sensitive to the touch.
Medical professionals consider Fibromyalgia a type of muscle tissue breakdown caused by aluminum toxicity. A deficiency of the mineral MAGNESIUM allows Aluminum to attack and eat away our muscles.
Adding a regimen of supplemental Malic Acid absorbs and flushes Aluminum out of our bodies, whereas Magnesium helps to rebuild the buffer around our muscles! Give that a try!
Another approach is brought by Dr. Michael Platt, MD in his book “Adrenaline Dominance”.
According to his observations with patients he says: “…the more common cause of Fibromyalgia is the internalization of suppressed anger associated with excess adrenaline.
Anger can cause persistent muscle tension with associated pain and fatigue. Because the anger is internalized, many people with Fibromyalgia may not even know they have anger issues.
If you deal with Fibromyalgia, probably interesting to do more research!
