Pycnogenol and Grape Seed Extract

Even though there is not one miracle pill that will heal everything, I’d like to point you to two amazing products: Pycnogenol and Grape Seed Extract. Both have been popular for the last couple decades.
They are ANTIOXIDANTS. In that capacity they are considered 50 times stronger than Vitamin E and 20 times stronger than Vitamin C.
Pycnogenol is made from the outer bark of the French maritime pine tree.
Grape Seed Extract, obviously, is made from grape seeds.
Both contain high concentrations of a powerful antioxidant component called proanthocyanidins. Any dietary supplement containing between 85-95% proanthocyanidins are very valuable. And here are two of them.
How about a few examples:
Most people who suffer with allergies, including hay fever, have high histamine production, and are victims of exhausted adrenal glands, which are located on-top-of the kidneys.
In order to help our adrenals-do-their-thing we need enough Vitamin C.
Vitamin C helps in restoring our adrenals.
Pycnogenol helps in restoring Vitamin C, and, therefore, indirectly, with lowering histamine, which allows better allergy control.
Both Pycnogenol and Grape Seed Extract also protect the health of blood vessels. And they penetrate our blood-brain barrier to protect brain cells. This has worked very well for people suffering from mental problems associated with learning, memory, senility, strokes, and ADHD.
Studies have shown dramatic improvements in many health conditions when taking Grape Seed Extract or Pycnogenol at 1 mg for every pound of bodyweight daily, for 5 months straight.
