Creating content for both the website and Social Media is a lot of work!

However, sharing this awesome project I have undertaken with help from my Technical Director, camera man, lighting specialist, and editor Rick Barnes (DetourPictures, Inc.) is an experience we both enjoy, and we are very focused. At the same time there are only so many hours in the day, and to put the content together and make it look and sounds to our satisfaction takes time.

But we are proud of the (health) message we're sharing and we have many more topics moving forward.

So, here is the next step: creating and posting an audio version of the video interviews.
